When complete in January 2010, the 2381 m sq. development will act as both office accommodation for 190 staff and provide a range of high quality delivery spaces for providers of health, education and social care services to Children, Young People their parents and carers who reside within the Rotherham area.

Young People are currently being engaged with regard to how the building should look and feel internally and will play a key part in deciding the fit our of certain areas within the development.

Building update

Wild Goose construction has been appointed as the lead contractor for the development and they will start on site on the 8th February 2010, expecting to complete work by November 2010, with service delivery starting from January 2011.

All staff who are to be located on the site have been consulted over the last 8 months any questions and or comments should be directed to their individual line manager, who will relay these onto the project team.
