Where do I go for advice?
You may need help, advice and support about the care and treatment you are receiving and not know who to turn to.

How do I raise my concerns?
You can speak to any member of staff initially with your concerns. Often they will be able to sort out your problem quickly on the spot.
If you feel you do not want to speak to a member of staff directly, or if you were not happy with how they dealt with your concern, you can contact the Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) or find out more about raising concerns or complaints.
