PGD VI 3 for the administration of Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, acellular Pertussis, Inactivated Polio Vaccine and Haemophillus influenzae Type b (Hib) (DTaPIPV+Hib – Infanrix-IPV+Hib®) to Children aged from 2 months up to 5 years

PGD VI 4 for the Administration of Combined Diphtheria, Tetanus, acellular Pertussis, Inactivated Polio Vaccine and Hib (DTaP/IPV/Hib - Pediacel®) to Children Aged from 2 months up to 10 years of age by Registered Nurses employed or commissioned by NHS Rotherham who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan

PGD VI 5 for the Administration of Combined Adsorbed Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, (Acellular Component) and Inactivated Poliomyelitis Vaccine (Infanrix-IPV®) to children aged between 3 years 4 months and 10 years, by Registered Nurses employed or commissioned by NHS Rotherham who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan

PGD VI 6 for the administration of Combined low-dose diphtheria, Tetanus, acellular Pertussis and Inactivated Polio Vaccine (dTaP/IPV- REPEVAX®) to children aged between 3 years 4 months and 10 years by Registered Nurses employed or contracted by Rotherham Community Health Services working within GP Practices in Rotherham who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan

PGD VI 7 for the Administration of Combined low-dose Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Inactivated Polio Vaccine (Revaxis®) to children aged over 10 years, by Registered Nurses employed or commissioned by NHS Rotherham who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan.

PGD VI 10 for the administration of Hepatitis A Paediatric Vaccine (Epaxal®/Havrix Junior Monodose®/Vaqta® Paediatric) to Children Aged one year to 16 years by Registered Nurses  employed or contracted by Rotherham Community Health Services working within GP Practices in Rotherham  who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan

PGD VI 11 for the administration of Combined Inactivated Hepatitis A & Hepatitis B Vaccine (Twinrix® adult, Twinrix® paediatric) to Adults and Children over one year by Registered Nurses employed or contracted by Rotherham Community Health Services working within GP Practices in Rotherham who have been certified after completing an agreed training plan

PGD VI 12 for the Administration of Combined Typhoid and Hepatitis A Vaccine (Hepatyrix® and ViATIM®) to Adults and children over 15 years old
