What is mental health?
Mental health is about how you think & feel and determines how we cope with life events, how we learn and how we manage our relationships with others.
Mental health problems occur when there are disturbances in the way we think, feel and behave.
1-in-4 People are affected by a mental health problem at some point in their life. You can have a diagnosed mental health problem like depression but still have good general mental health because you understand the issues and have methods of coping.
